The Vieux Carré

Ingredients:
1 ounce rye whiskey
1 ounce cognac
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 teaspoon Bénédictine
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Mix all ingredients over ice in a whiskey glass and stir.
* For something a little special, substitute the rye whisky with Wild Turkey Honey
