Tzatziki Sauce

Serves:
2 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
½ medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarse-grated on a cheese grater
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Sea salt to taste

 

Instructions:
Place yogurt in a mixing bowl; combine with remaining ingredients and lightly season with salt.
Let sit 1 hour before serving.
