¼ cup pure olive oil
1Tbsp Creole mustard
1Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar,
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cilantro, chopped
½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl (or food processor) combine, mustard, vinegars, garlic, ginger, sugar and cilantro. Combine oils and use a balloon whisk to blend oil slowly into mustard mixture. Place in refrigerator. Stir or shake well before using
