Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:
1 cup ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and medium diced
1 cup red bell pepper, medium diced
½ cup red onion, medium diced
2 limes, juice of
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ bunch cilantro, rough chopped
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and let sit 30 minutes before using.
