Oyster Shooter

Ingredients:

8 shucked oysters
1 tablespoon chopped olives
1 teaspoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ cup vermouth
½ cup citron vodka
¼ cup crushed ice
Tabasco

Instructions:
Place 2 oysters in each of 4 shot glasses. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker with a lid and shake vigorously until ice is melted. Using a strainer, pour into shot glasses. Top with a dash of Tabasco.
