The
Fish House has teamed up with Premier Beverage to offer a series of
wine dinners featuring master sommeliers and vintners from the both the
east and west coasts.
Jackson's Steakhouse is proud to partner with fine wine specialist, Richard Liveakos, of Stacole Fine Wines, to present a wine and food event, "A Taste of the Season," on Thursday, May 31, at 5:30 p.m.
8 shucked oysters
1 tablespoon chopped olives
1 teaspoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ cup vermouth
½ cup citron vodka
¼ cup crushed ice
Tabasco
Instructions:
Place 2 oysters in each of 4 shot glasses.
Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker with a lid and shake
vigorously until ice is melted. Using a strainer, pour into shot
glasses. Top with a dash of Tabasco.
