Mediterranean Dry Spice Rub

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Smoked Spanish paprika
1 teaspoon Coriander, ground
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly cracked
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 each Gallon zip-lock bag
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in zip-lock bag. Seal bag and shake to blend spices.
