Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler Celebrate FAT Tuesday at the Fish House, Tuesday, February 21

At the Fish House, in celebration of Fat Tuesday, we will be offering our traditional dinner menu as well as offering a New Orleans-inspired Mardi Gras three-course fixed-price menu for $35 for the evening. To start, we will offer classic red beans and rice with grilled andouille sausage. The entrée feature is blackened mahi-mahi over a tasso and fontina risotto with crispy fried Tabasco onion hay, and to finish, white chocolate pecan bread pudding with a bourbon caramel sauce.

Over at the Atlas Oyster House at the Fish House, we will continue to let the good times roll with our traditional Tuesday night feature, half-off sushi. Our sushi chef, Hiromi, has created a special roll in honor of the occasion. The Mardi Gras Roll - an oshi-style sushi with green and purple rice, smoked salmon, two different kinds of tobiko, and topped with a cucumber Mardi Gras crown - will also be included in the half-off promotion.

Throughout the complex, available at all locations, we will be serving up a traditional New Orleans' favorite cocktail, the Hurricane, in our commemorative Fish House glasses, for $5.
