Celebrate Prime Time FAT Tuesday at Jackson's, Tuesday, February 21st
Each and every Tuesday night at Jackson's we celebrate Prime Time Tuesday, featuring a 16-ounce President's cut of boneless prime rib of beef with Steakhouse baked potato and seasonal vegetables for $19.95. As Mardi Gras season approaches, Jackson's is preparing for Fat Tuesday, the culmination of this festive occasion.
In celebration of Fat Tuesday, we will be offering our traditional dinner menu as well as offering our on-going Prime Time Tuesday special. Chef Irv Miller has created an additional New Orleans-inspired Mardi Gras three-course fixed-price menu for $35 for the evening. To start, we will offer a Cajun-spiced crab and tasso soup. The entrée feature is an open-fired and sliced flat iron steak with piquant sauce, red beans and rice, and to finish, crispy fried French toast with vanilla ice cream and bourbon sauce.
