Hummus with Tahini

Ingredients:
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, liquid reserved
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup vegetable broth, water, or reserved bean liquid
Cracked black pepper to taste
Kosher or sea salt to taste
Instructions:
In a food processor combine garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini paste, liquid, half of the olive oil and seasonings. Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
