Grilled Oysters with Garlic Butter, Parmesan and Grilled Banquette

Ingredients:
1 pound Unsalted butter
½ cup Minced garlic
4 dozen Oysters (shucked on the half shell)
2 cups Shredded Parmesan
1 loaf Sliced French baguette (preferably ½-inch slices)
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in small pot and add garlic. Let butter and garlic stand on low heat for about 5 minutes (be careful not to get butter too hot).

2. Place oysters in shell on heated grill. Using a ladle or spoon, drizzle a little of the garlic butter over oysters.

3. Top oysters with shredded Parmesan and let them cook till juices in the oyster shell start to boil.

4. Remove oysters and toast bread on grill.

5. Use bread as crackers to eat the grilled oysters.
