The Fish House Celebrates the Fourth of July

The Fish House announces a weekend of fun celebrating the Fourth of July. The sensational band Hip Kitty will be playing free concerts July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on the Deck Bar Stage leading up to the grand finale — a special wine dinner on the Fourth of July and entertainment provided by DvDJ D-MIXX.

The Fish House will be offering its Fourth of July private waterfront dinner. The evening will consist of a chef-selected, five-course menu paired with specialty wines for each course. Highlights of the menu include grilled watermelon salad with mixed greens tossed in a champagne vinaigrette with crumbled feta, toasted almonds and grape tomatoes; lump crab cake, pan-seared, served with a bourbon Creole mustard and meunière sauce, and finished with candied pecans and sweet potato hay. For dessert, Pastry Chef Trina Confusione has created two special offerings; strawberry and rhubarb tarts and Neapolitan cheesecake. 

Each table will have prime waterfront seating overlooking beautiful Pensacola Bay. All tables will have an unobstructed view for the thrilling fireworks show beginning at 9:00 p.m. The table will be yours for the evening to come and go from as you please. There are no time restrictions for seating.

Price per person is $125.00, which includes 5 courses and a wine pairing per course (does not include tax and gratuity). Free parking.
