Join Chef Irv Miller of Jackson's Steakhouse as he leads a second series of cooking classes on the third Wednesday of each month. Classes cover everything from shopping to preparation to presentation. Two classes are scheduled for each month. The first class begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. The second class begins at 7:30 p.m. and concludes at 9:00 p.m.
Gifted artist Lucas Crutchfield has been playing music professionally throughout the Southeast for the past three years. With over 300 songs in his repertoire (including many originals) spanning many different genres, he adds to the unique qualities and atmosphere that you will only find on the Deck at the Fish House.

The Pensacola Opera's Artists in Residence program, now in its sixth season, continues to provide training and performance experience for young opera professionals. In residence here in Pensacola, from January through May, these artists perform roles on the main stage, cover principal roles, sing for numerous educational and community outreach programs - and perform at Jackson's!
