Classic Sparkling Wine Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 Sugar cube
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
5 Ounces of Domaine Chandon Brut
twist of lemon, for garnish
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
5 Ounces of Domaine Chandon Brut
twist of lemon, for garnish
Instructions:
Soak the sugar cube with bitters and place in a flute. Fill with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
